Our collection is inspired by the animals that held iconic status for the Vikings who ruled Orkney for over 600 years.

Our Viking ancestors felt a great affinity with natural instincts of the wild wolf as a loyal and cooperative member of a tightly-knit pack yet also a fearless and determined hunter.

We share the determination and cooperation
shown by our Viking ancestors and celebrate these characteristics in LOYALTY OF THE WOLF, a single malt that displays a fine balance of contrasts, just like the Vikings and the wolves themselves.

Matured slowly in a combination of sherry seasoned American Oak casks and ex-bourbon casks to create a complex whisky with flavours of vanilla sponge cake, baked apples and cinnamon.

Balanced with the aromatic smokiness from our local Orkney peated malt that is the defining characteristic of Highland Park.

Bottled at 42.3% ABV to bring out the key flavours in the whisky.

Naturally light golden in colour driven entirely by the casks.
